March 11th

The weather in these parts has been crazy since the start of the year. Record lows and record snowfall to start things off followed by record highs and the warmest February on record. While the Azaleas may be in full bloom a month ahead of schedule, back to back nor’easters have cooled the water temps back into the high 50’s and has kept the baitfish, aka food source, form arriving in our area waters. With warmer waters comes bait, and on the heels of them, Sharks and assorted gamefish. While we are playing the waiting game, we will be keeping our fingers crossed and hopefully giving you a optimistic report sooner than later.
